Workshop How to handle stress
Everyone knows the feeling of stress in some kind of ways. Due to the corona virus, things are going differently than we are used to. Also, everyone has an inner critic, who can sometimes get in the way.
In short, what is stress? How do we deal with it? How do we deal with emotions in general?
During this interactive workshop we give you answers and insights. Who doesn't want less stress and get rid of (predominant) self-criticism? Come along and join this interactive and informative workshop. Don't hesitate to participate and ask your questions!
- The training is online and takes place on Thursday March 11th from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm
- A training group consists of at least 20 participants
