Hightech Wild Damage Taxation
Problem
Wild animals cause a lot of damage to corn fields. They run through the fields, trample the plants and eat the corn. At the present, a human walks through the corn field to detect the damage. However, a human can not find each damaged spot in a field, as well as not being able to accurately guess the size of the damage spots. This causes a lot of dispute between the human doing the damage taxation and the farmers.
Solution
The solution to this problem is using a drone that flies over the corn fields. This drone snaps images of the corn field. Afterwards, software is used to accurately detect all the damage spots and calculate the affected area. Depending on the amount of damage and the animal that caused is, the farmer is thus fairly reimbursed for the damage caused.
