Natalia Naranjo-Guevara is nominated for the Fontys Research price 2020 – for her contribution to the research to a sustainable food chain, specifically related to insect food!
Natalia’s research raised the jury’s curiosity to try insect-based food.
Part of the Research Group Business Innovation in Fontys, Venlo, her project aims to search for strategies to improve the insect-food industry and make insects part of the sustainable diets of North-West Europe.
