Programme

The new academic year starts in September... But before your studies start, you'll first take part in the introduction week. That's Purple 2022! During this introduction week (Monday 22 to Friday 26 August), getting to know each other is key.


Get to know your course and make friends for life

You get to know your fellow students and meet friends for life. You will be introduced to your study programme and study city. You will eat together, discover the city together, get to know each other and the study programme, make memories together and much more... What that will look like, what you need, where you need to be, who you can contact, you can find all that here! We will make it a fantastic week, of course within the Corona rules.

Programme

Below you can see all the activities in which you will participate:

Today there is no activity yet for students of the Dance Academy. We start tomorrow, on Tuesday!

On Tuesday we meet at 10.00h in Studio 10 to meet each other for the first time! This will last untll 12.00h.

After that we have lunch together in our garden until 13.00h.

12.00-12.45h     Who-What-Where @FHK: online presentation by employees support teams (English spoken)

14.00-16.00h FHK Handshake: an interactive, virtual tour of the FHK building. You will get to know the building and the programs by choosing for yourself how to walk through the building. The tour includes a quiz element, where you can win great prizes from partners in Tilburg.

On Wednesday you will get to know the city of Tilburg:

12.00-17.00u    gameday, open call, music, chillzone @Leijpark Tilburg

17.00-23.00u    horecafest Silent Disco café Philip, squarefest Piusplein, beercantus Stadhuisstraat.

23.00u              Pub Crawl

Today you will get to know the Fontys community during the amazing Purple festival.

Your introduction week is done! Time to pack your things and head home. We hope you enjoyed it and made many new friends. Good luck during your studies and see you at Fontys!

Photos and videos

During this introduction week, many photos and videos will be made. They will include selfies and videos made by students on mobile phones as well as photos and videos made by professional photographers. By participating in this introduction week you automatically agree that these photos and/or videos are being published (i.a. social media, flyers, ads and websites).
