Date and time of arrival
Once you have booked a flight/bus/car, we would like to receive your date and time of arrival. With this information we can plan any necessary appointments. Moreover, we then have information on who to contact in case of emergency.
Please make sure to arrive in Venlo between February 5th and February 10th, 2020 in order to settle in to your new surroundings and to start your studies on February 10th, 2020. Do not forget to inform your buddy about your arrival date and time aswell.
