I am from: Meierijstad, a little place in the providence of Brabant
I study: Industrial Design Engineering (in Dutch) and I'm in my second semester
Why this study programme? I chose this study programme because I wanted to study a broad programme. Designing products really appealed to me and I love to think about the look and feel of a product. I'm also interested in what the product looks on the inside and how it works exactly, especially the distribution of force and the flow on the inside. I love to draw in my free time and I also experience this aspect in my programme, which makes it extra fun. Fontys Venlo is the only University of Applied Sciences that has the combination between industrial design and technique. This made my choice for this study programme a lot easier.
Did you know that: One of my hobbies is korfball. Besides that, I also love to go out for drinks on a terrace, shop for a bit, draw, meet up with friends and execute my biggest hobby of all: desiging my own page about hairstyles. Changing a hairstyle to a festive one is what speaks to me the most.
Motto: Learn from your mistakes, get up and move on. Everybody makes mistakes, and that's okay. Even though it might sometimes be hard to accept your mistake, try to learn from it and move on!
