Why Fontys?

A Bachelor’s degree is very important for my career in finance and I know that Fontys is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands, which offers a variety of Bachelor’s programmes in English.
I chose to study at Fontys because I wanted to study at the highest level and learn more about the most up-to-date thinking on financial management, economic developments and accounting methodology. The fact that Fontys University makes it a priority to enable students to broaden and deepen their knowledge through a mixture of theory, knowledge application and internships is very important to me and it also represented the key point in my decision of coming here to study.

Do you have some tips for new students?

Make sure to pay attention when choosing an accommodation. Also, don't get too stressed because Fontys takes care of everything and you should enjoy the experience of studying here.

Anything you want to add?

The most interesting fact for me was when I met my colleagues and teachers. They come from all over the world, from different cultures and societies. It was interesting to learn about other people, their manners, and their way of life.
