How to apply
- Fill in the accommodation form digitally (note the application deadline marked on the accomodation form).
- Complete the enrolment requirements before applying.
Signing and handing in the accommodation form constitutes a binding agreement to accept the room that is allocated to you. Once the rooms have been allocated, it is no longer possible to withdraw your application for a room and you will be legally obligated to pay the rental fees for the full rental period stated on the form.
If you live in a radius closer than 200km from Venlo you will be placed on a waiting list on a first come, first served basis. If there are still rooms available after students who live further away have applied you will be granted a room.
