Do injuries keep you from doing sports? Then make an appointment at Fontys Fysiotherapie Sport consulting hour: (Tuesday from 09.00-12.00 & 13.30-16.30 and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 09.00-12.00.
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating which day(s) and time(s) you prefer, and a short description of your complaint or need. We will then contact you as soon as possible!
Exercise videos by Fontys Sport Science students
Getting enough exercise and sports can sometimes be difficult. To help you a bit, four Fontys Sportkunde students have recorded a number of work-out videos. In these videos you will get an explanation on how to do the exercises in the most responsible way.
The work-out video's are explained in Dutch, but it is still possible to do the exercises.
