In this workshop not only the rights and duties of the IPC (IMR), SDPC (DMR) and DPC (OC) are discussed, but also how the meeting structure works and what expectations you have from your fellow council members and from your director.

Workshop: Representation in your organisation

In this workshop(s) you will work together on the question which place representation has in your organisation, what your common goals are, how you want to cooperate and how you can best organize this.

Members of IPC (IMR), SDPC (DMR) and DPC (OC) and members of management team

Workshop: Communication with your adherents

In this practical workshop you will make an inventory of the network of the IPC (IMR), SDPC (DMR) or DPC (OC) and will decide which way of communicating is appropriate for which actor in the network. This must lead to a concrete plan of action to improve communication.

Workshop: Having effective meetings

In this workshop you learn more about what and how every participant in the meeting can contribute to the meeting in their specific role (chair person, participant) to a plaeasurable and effective meeting. The whole proces will be taken into account, so from the gathering of agenda items to rounding up after the meeting.
