Sport and exercise

There are many places where you can exercise in your city. Take a sports card at the student sports centre in Eindhoven or Tilburg. In Venlo there are lots of possibilities to exercise aswell. Have a look here to see what Venlo offers.
Join a student sports association in Eindhoven or Tilburg.
Do injuries keep you from doing sports? Get yourself an appointment at Fontys Fysiotherapie Sport consulting hour: Every tuesday from 09.00-12.00 & 13.30-16.30 and on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 09.00-12.00. Send an e-mail to sportspreekuur-fph@fontys.nl, stating which day(s) and time(s) you prefer, and a short description of your complaint or need. We will then contact you as soon as possible! Don't worry, there are English speaking fysiotherapists to help you with your complaints.

Getting enough exercise and sports can sometimes be difficult. To help you a bit, four Fontys Sportkunde students have recorded a number of work-out videos. In these videos you will get an explanation on how to do the exercises in the most responsible way.

The work-out video's are explained in Dutch, but it is still possible to do the exercises.
