Withdrawal up to 30^TH September, 75% of the Venlo fee is refunded
Withdrawal between 1^ST Oct & 1^ST Nov, 50% of the Venlo fee is refunded
Withdrawal from off 1^ST Nov, no refund
Withdrawal date is the day on which the withdrawal is handed over as hard copy to the Program Manager or support staff.

Students who apply during the last stage of their Bachelor will receive a conditional Admission letter, which will be made definitive after receiving the missing documents (Diploma and Grades).
Students who apply and do not have their IELTS certificate (if applicable) will receive a conditional Admission letter, which will be made definitive after receiving this missing certificate.
