How to apply
All applications for our programmes have to be conducted via www.studielink.nl. Studielink is an online portal that allows applicants to apply and maintain their registration whenever they want to.
The application process may differ for EU and Non-EU students, please read below what applies for you. Please note: International Communication Management does not have a February intake.

Start your online application
- Log in to Studielink: www.studielink.nl.
- Submit your personal details (please ensure that you enter your names as stated on your passport and/or identity card), ensuring that all details are entered correctly, i.e. capital letters where required.
- Add 'New Enrolment Application': mind you choose the correct intake (September).
- Add your previous education and answer the supplementary questions.
Within Studielink, choose this option:

After the application in Studielink you can send your documents (pdf files only) to studycommunication@fontys.nl
1. A copy of your valid passport (your passport must remain valid until at least the start of your course programme)
2. An original English language certificate (please see Requirements for ICM)
3. Certified copies of your (secondary school) diploma and grades list: in the original language and in English (translated by an authorized person)
In case you have not received your diploma yet, please send us your certified grade lists with grades which you received up until now.
Please provide us with the (certified) copies of your diploma and grade list as soon as you have received these, August 15th at the latest.
We will evaluate your documents after you have filled in the compulsory questionnaire and send you a conditional admission email.
