Fontys School of Technology and Logistics
The criteria on the basis of which the study choice advice is issued have been changed. These criteria are detailed in the Study Choice Check Rules. This means that article 2a, paragraphs 7 and 8 of the 2019-2020 Teaching and Examination Regulations therefore no longer applies to the 2020-2021 academic year.
Contrary to Article 32 of the TER, in the 2019-2020 academic year, issuing a binding study advice will be postponed for a year for all students, whether first-year students or second-year students, as of 2 April 2020.
A standard for progression may be applied with regard to being accepted in the second year of your programme. More information on this standard may be found in your study programme's TER. However, it could be that the standard for progression found in your TER will be amended. Any information on this will be provided by your study programme.
