Contrary to Article 32 of the TER, in the 2020-2021 academic year, issuing a binding study advice will be postponed for a year for all first-year students, i.e. students who started in the first year of a study programme in the 2020-2021 academic year, as of 4 December 2020.

A standard for progression may be applied with regard to being accepted in the second year of your programme. More information on this standard may be found in your study programme's TER. However, it could be that the standard for progression found in your TER will be amended. Any information on this will be provided by your study programme.

Students belonging to the cohort 2019-2020 or an earlier cohort will receive a binding study advice this year, excluding the students who started in February 2020.
