Welcome to the English study programme Software Engineering in Venlo, the Netherlands.

Software Engineering is the discipline belonging to Information Technology. The Software Engineer is responsible for the development of software in a variety of areas.

With the knowledge and skills collected at Fontys University students can work as high-level engineers and managers in the IT sector.

This study programme is also available in Dutch and German.

Software Engineering is officially registered as Bachelor programme 'Informatica' and will lead to the degree 'Bachelor of Information & Communication Technology'.
