The minor Professional E-Skills explores modern topics of the ICT discipline (Information and Communication Technology), and enables you to apply your ICT knowledge to a problem domain of your study programme. The list of ICT topics to explore comprises basic knowledge in software, hardware, networks and security, data bases, web design and software projects. The minor is interesting for students of various study programmes, such as: - A logistics student analyses transportation processes or designs an optimisation in the area of production, distribution or warehousing.
- A business or management student optimises a company’s website, its administrative overhead, or certain business processes such as the supply chain or product cycle.
- A technical student optimises the control of a production process, by means of applying intelligent components to a technical problem or optimising robot control.
