How to apply for exchange programmes
Applications should always be submitted via the International Exchange (or Erasmus) Officer at the home university. This officer will send students application request to Fontys. If Fontys accepts the application, the student will receive information from the Fontys study department in order to register as an exchange student.
Please note that the student can only send in the Enrolment form Exchange for non fee paying students when there is a nomination from the home institution and an admission letter from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
- Students receives a message from the study department.
- Student sends some documents to the study department:
- a copy of his passport
- learning agreement
- transcript for admission check
- IELTS-score/TOEFL
For non-EEA-students: copies of all used pages of your passport (stamped or signed)
For EEA students: copy of the main pages (photo and personal data)
Student receives information about enrolment and all forms at www.fontys.edu
Student receives a message from the study department
Student fills in and send in the following forms (if applicable) to Team International Students internationalstudents@fontys.nl:
- a signed accommodation form
- insurance form
