Derived from the curriculum of both Fontys Academy of Fine Arts and Education and/or Academy of Art, Communication and Design exchange students will be able to set up a personalised programme in fine art and/or design topics. During fall semester study topics will be divided into different courses, while the curriculum during Spring semester will be more project based. Students choose their own topics and projects, and are expected to be independent and self-employed. The academy aims on the development of artistic vision and the transfer of it to others, more than on development of skills. This goes especially for graduating students, but is also expected from third year [level 2] students.
