This course focuses on Basic English skills (15 ECTS)and European culture (5 ECTS). Furthermore, 10 ECTS can be achieved by joining the faculty based minor programme.
The course aims primarily at students with an IELTS score of 5.0 or 5.5, enabling them to improve mainly their oral and listening skills through interaction in and outside class.
The culture part of this course introduces European and Dutch culture and art by experimenting and experiencing painting, photography, dancing and sculpturing with local Dutch artists and field trips to museums.
The faculty based part allows students to join regular study courses offered by our faculties.
