The Conservatory trains students to be musicians. The students are trained by highly qualified musicians. Studying at the Conservatory means learning to play an instrument on a professional level and becoming familiar with the broad domain of music. The student is trained to be an instrumentalist, music teacher, singer or conductor, and can choose from the specialisations Instrumental / Vocal (Classical or Jazz and Pop Music), Music Theatre, Conducting, Composition, or Music Teacher. The study programme pay a great deal of attention to the future professional practice. The musical sense of hearing is trained intensively and the student acquires a lot of experience in a variety of ensembles and orchestras. Projects and master classes give extra impulses to the curriculum, which is a good reflection of the diversity of the professional practice.
