Application Procedure

1. for students who are not living in the Netherlands: Download the Application Form: Bachelor of ICT -starting in September Bachelor of ICT -starting in February Please fill in the application form with a computer and print it.	Dutch Students: click here Deadline for non-EU students: 1 June for September intake 15 November for February intake
2. Send in the application form by regular post (NOT E-mail), together with: a clear copy of your valid passport; originally certified () copies of your diploma's (in the original language and in English); originally certified () copies of the lists of marks (in the original language and in English); an IELTS score of 6.0 or a TOEFL score of 550 in the English language.	Documents sent by e-mail cannot be processed.
3. For the “temporary residence permit” some extra documents have to be submitted. Click here for more information about the procedure.	Only for non-EU students
4. Please send your complete application (including Visa documents, if relevant) to: Fontys University of Applied Sciences Building R1, room 0.156 P.O. BOX 347 5600 AH Eindhoven The Netherlands
5. After a positive assessment of certificates we will send the official admission letter and the invoice to the address indicated on the application form.	The assessment of your application takes about 4 weeks
6. As soon as we have received the total invoice amount, we will finalize your enrolment at Fontys University and start the visa procedure (if applicable).

(*) Photocopy of the original diploma and grade list with new original signature or official stamp. Your school, town hall, police or another official body can do the certification/validation of your papers. If the copies of your diploma's and list of marks are not certified we cannot start the enrolment.

Notes:

If you have studied at a University before and you want to start in a higher year besides the standard required documents you also have to send us the following extra documents: Motivation letter; The transcript (Course names, Grades, Study credits)
Cancellation course : If the enrolment is cancelled before the beginning of the course, a small amount for administrative procedures must be paid (100 euro).
